RHCC carries a standard where the goal is to change, renew and revive lives, one encounter at a time.
My approach to therapy
While each client is different and a variety of therapy methods will be used, I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This method of therapy focuses on our thoughts and behaviors. I consider myself to be more of a directive therapist and will usually provide some type of homework that aids in what we are working on.
