We at Renewed Hope Counseling Center, PLLC look for clinicians who would like to join our team as we help adults and couples through their journey. Clinicians must be independent, driven, dependable, and passionate about the work they do, as well as recognize the importance of the client's experience in providing therapeutic services. Previous experience working in private practice and enrollment with insurance plans is a plus!

 

For fully licensed clinicians we look to be a place to build team players and aid in growth of clinicians. If you are looking to build or transition into your own private practice this is not the position for you. We seek team members that want to provide consistent, long term contribution to the team and clients. For Associates we look to provide an opportunity to not only fulfill their licensure requirements to becoming fully licensed but to also prepare them to work in the mental health field.

 

Clinicians have the opportunity to see individuals, couples, and families. With future possibilities of facilitating groups as they cultivate a niche in counseling.

 

**Again, if you are looking to start your own private practice or already have your own private practice this is not a good fit.**

Compensation:

The flat rate pay model briefly described below (subject to change)

​

Clinical hours (consists of time spend with client):

$50 (starting) per clinical hour for independently licensed (ie LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

$38 (starting) per clinical hour for provisionally licensed (ie LPC-A)

To join our team we require:

• Dependability

• Detail-oriented

• Connected-must have high speed, reliable internet, and uninterrupted space to work

• Tech savy

• Communication-must have clear and polite communication both in written word and verbally

• Current provisional or independent licensure (LPC-Associate, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)

• Maintain licensure requirements to keep your licensure in good standings

• Minimum of 17 hours per week requiring at least 2 evenings a week based on agreed upon schedule

  • Full time is considered 25+ clinical hours a week

  • Part-time is considered 20 clinical hours or less per week
